Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
The first 6 months are free. After that, €5 + VAT only for each match booked on EuroStelle, confirmed and played. No fixed fee, no set-up costs, no commitment.
Who pays for the pitch?
Players pay you at the pitch, as always. EuroStelle never touches your takings.
What if I can't reply in time?
You have 30 minutes during the day; overnight requests wait until 9 am. If you don't reply, the player sees your phone number and calls you: you don't lose the customer.
How do I avoid double bookings?
Slots taken by phone, tournaments and maintenance can be blocked from the panel with one tap: on the site they show as taken.
What if a player doesn't show up?
Mark it as "no-show" within 48 hours of the end: that match is not charged.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes: press "Close bookings" in the panel. No penalties; you only pay for matches already played after the free months.
My venue is already on EuroStelle: how do I claim it?
Find it in the registration and press "This is my venue": we check the VAT number automatically and the page becomes yours.
