Terms of use

1. What EuroStelle is

EuroStelle is a service of Fala Noleggi SRL that lets football players show their profile and lets verified clubs, scouts and agents find and contact them.

EuroStelle is a showcase: it is not a football agent, does not negotiate contracts, does not organise or sell trials, takes no cut of transfers and does not guarantee that a player will be contacted or signed.

2. Sign-up

• The minimum age is 14. From 14 to 17, the profile is created and managed by a parent or guardian with their own email.
• Users declare true and up-to-date data. One account per person; keep your password secret.
• Whoever registers a minor declares that they exercise parental responsibility and that the other parent is informed and agrees, or that they are the only one exercising it.

3. Rules for players and parents

• Publish only true information and videos you have the rights to (matches may be owned by organisers or broadcasters).
• Do not publish health data, documents or personal contact details in your description.
• Nobody can ask you for money for a trial: if it happens, report it.

4. Rules for talent seekers

• We verify you before granting access: club, role and, for agents, licence. We may ask for documents.
• You use player data only to assess them as footballers and contact them through the site. Copying, selling or using it for anything else is prohibited.
• Asking players or families for money for trials, camps or assessments is prohibited.
• With minors you only talk to the parent, always through the site for the first contact.
• If you are an agent, you comply with FIFA rules and those of your federation.

5. Prohibited behaviour

• Harassment, insults, sexual or discriminatory messages.
• Fake identities or profiles on behalf of others without authority.
• Unsolicited advertising, chain messages, scams, data harvesting.
• Attempts to bypass verification or the site's limits.

6. Reports and suspensions

Anyone can report a profile or message. We review within 48 hours. We may hide content, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms and, where necessary, inform the authorities.

7. Prices and subscriptions

• During the launch the service is free. Before activating paid plans we notify members.
• Subscriptions (Premium for players, plans for talent seekers) are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, VAT included for private individuals. They renew automatically until cancelled; if the price changes we give at least 30 days' notice and you can cancel at no cost.
• Payment happens on Stripe's secure page: EuroStelle never sees or stores card details.
• You can cancel whenever you like from the "My subscription" page: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• 14-day free trial for talent seekers (once only): cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
• Right of withdrawal: consumers can withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to info@eurostelle.com. Those who ask for the subscription to start immediately only pay for the days already used (Art. 57(3) of the Italian Consumer Code); the rest is refunded within 14 days.
• No subscription buys trials or contracts: you only pay for the showcase service.

8. Ambassadors

Ambassadors follow their own rules: no promises of trials or contracts, no requests for money, no direct contact with minors. Commissions only apply to EuroStelle subscriptions.

9. Content

You remain the owner of what you publish. You allow us to show it on the service to those entitled to see it, for as long as the profile exists.

10. Liability

We do our best to verify talent seekers and keep the service safe, but we are not a party to agreements between players and clubs and are not liable for their outcome. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

11. Changes, law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms and will give notice before important changes. Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.

12. Pitch bookings

• EuroStelle sends your request to the sports venue: the contract for the use of the pitch is between you and the venue, which decides whether to confirm. Venues are businesses with a verified VAT number: the venue is responsible for the service at the pitch (facility, safety, price, receipt); EuroStelle is responsible for the site working, i.e. delivering requests, confirmations and notices.
• Only adults can book: for a minor, a parent books.
• The venue usually confirms or declines within 30 minutes (overnight by 9 am). If it doesn't reply, we show you its phone number.
• You pay the venue on site, at the price set by the venue (VAT included, for the whole slot). EuroStelle collects nothing from players.
• You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before from the app. If you cancel later or don't show up, tell the venue: repeated no-shows may lose the ability to book.
• Bookings for a specific day and time have no 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 59(n) of the Italian Consumer Code): the cancellation rules of this section apply.
• At most 3 pending requests at a time, so that pitches aren't blocked without playing.
• On city pages venues appear in alphabetical order; nobody pays to appear first.
